DESCRIPTION: Up for auction is RAFE NEW YORK LEATHER HANDBAG. It measures 16″(L) X 9″(H) X 4″(D). The front exterior of the purse has two flip top pockets with hidden magnetic closures, gold-toned embellishments, and brass toned rings. Both pockets are lined. The main compartment has a zip closure with a leather tassle pull. The interior of the bag has the Rafe New York signature lining. The double carry handle has a 10″ drop. There is an interior zip close pocket and two open accessory pockets. The purse has incredible detail, including oversized stitching along the exterior edges of the shoulder straps. This purse has been gently used and is in excellent condition.

OUR RETURN POLICY:
First and foremost, PLEASE do not bid unless you really want the item for which you are bidding. We will only accept returns under limited conditions:
1. You write us within 24 hours of your receipt of the item to advise of your desire to return it. The date of “receipt” will be determined by the date the Postmaster confirms delivery.
2. You identify (and we are able to confirm) an error in the description of the item.
3. You return the item at your expense within seven days of receipt of the item.
4. The item is returned in the same condition in which it was sent.
5. The purchase price will be refunded, but not the cost of shipping and handling.
SHIPPING/HANDLING:
We do our best to estimate the cost of shipping, but it is an estimate until such time as the item has been purchased. Once the bidding ends, we place the item in a box or envelope as appropriate, pack it, seal it, weigh it – and send you an invoice that includes the shipping and handling costs. If we arrive at the Post Office and find that the cost of shipping is significantly different than calculated on line, we will issue a refund. If it is significantly more, we will contact you and give you the option to opt out of the purchase. We pack carefully and well, and generally include a handling fee to cover the cost of packing materials and listing fees. Listing our items at a low starting price often means losing money on the sale. Accordingly, we will generally not reduce our handling/shipping costs.
